When it does let me access my playback the video is very buggy and combines the picture from 2 cameras at once making it impossible to see clearly. From your description it seems like a slow network could be a contributing factor to what you're seeing. I used to like it a lot but now it just freezes all the time and it's on a delay open up the camera app and it's on like a 5 to 10 second delay and no matter how many times I restarted it still is on a delay it's not an instant live feed like it used to be. I would like to see them install a button on the feed screen that you can just hit to record all the cameras you have on your system like a panic button.
